Appalachian would like to offer a big “Congratulations” to Jay and Mimi Baird who were married on May 26, 2010. Jay proposed to Mimi during February at the top of the Strudel slope. Almost everyone in the App Ski Mtn. family was in on it and couldn’t wait until Mimi finally got to the top to see the sign secretly put up while the couple was having lunch!
